Tom Brubaker is not only the founder and president of TAMBAY Commercial but also serves as the former President of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR). This leadership role highlights his reputation for professionalism and trust within Florida’s commercial real estate industry.

Tom began his career in 1990 as a state-certified appraiser, providing highly accurate residential and commercial property valuations that reflect true market conditions.
