Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You only need 1 licensed professional in the whole world of real estate and Business brokering, his name is Tom Brubaker the Broker of Tam Bay Commercial, he also is an astounding Business Broker. Overall the man is nothing shy of a legend he has so much experience he is asked to just simply speak, so people can feel at ease with all their real estate needs and business questions and concerns. The owner also never let's his guard down and will devote his entire being into getting exactly what you are looking for. He is deadly honest never not even an ounce of Malarkey, he tells it like it is and I've never found him to be wrong by any standard. A well experienced appraiser in his work history. He is so well experienced in VALUE the walls of the buildings he walks through feel his presence. The walls, the rooves, the structure, the materials all of it, he knows intimately the ins and outs of most if not all the properties in west central Florida especially well. Noone in Tampa Bay has the level of honesty and integrity that this hard working gentleman has NOONE ! He can walk around the outside of a building or even inside and tell you its value, its marketability its entire SQUARE FT down to 10 sq ft or less sometimes. He works tirelessly, if your lucky enough to get him on the phone or in person use your time wisely he's like a 50 year veteran litigator at the Federal level ! True Expert and Master of his domain ! TOM BRUBAKER IS A GREAT MAN AND SCHOLAR OF REAL ESTATE & BUSINESSES, HES ALSO A CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EDUCATOR. I could go on for days and still not EXPLAIN all his knowledge, skills and experience, I pity the fool who uses any other real estate professional or business broker in the whole state of Florida ! Truly a remarkable experience to work with him.
